AK Individualized Supports Waiver
Provides care coordination, day habilitation, employment services, residential habilitation, respite, intensive active treatment, and transportation services to individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or intellectual disabilities ages 0 or older who meet an ICF/IID level of care.
