Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic
Community Health and Behavioral Services (CHBS) is a NYS Article 31 Outpatient Mental Health (MH) Clinic and Office of Addiction Support and Services (OASAS) Article 32 Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program that serves over 5,200 individuals annually, many of whom have a myriad of medical, behavioral, and social challenges. With this grant, UCP-CHBS will expand and increase access to services in our area for 500 individuals with serious mental illnesses (SMI), serious emotional disturbances (SED), SUD, and co-occurring disorders (COD) over the project period.
