Improving Behavioral Health Follow-up Care Learning Collaborative
The Improving Behavioral Health Follow-Up Care Learning Collaborative is a service that supports state Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) agencies’ efforts to improve access to follow-up care for beneficiaries who visit an emergency department or are hospitalized for a mental health or substance use condition.
